1. Introduction

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games and betting markets, you must register a verified account on 77dg. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. 77dg reserves the right to request supporting documents at any point to verify your identity (KYC), including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 77dg. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be voided. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77dg, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content, game outcome, or service available on the platform. Technical failures, maintenance windows, or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect platform availability, and 77dg accepts no liability for such occurrences.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

77dg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected, or compliance with a legal obligation requires it. In the event of account closure following a breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited; real-money balances accrued through legitimate play will be returned to the player after applicable verification checks, subject to AML requirements.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77dg operates.
